How much do I have to pay in order to register?
Creating an account on Musicalia.tv is free! To register, click here just enter your e-mail address and a password of your choice.
What can I watch with a simple registration?
A free account gives you access to the live concerts; after the live webcast, those concerts stay available during a short amount of days, and they are still free to watch.
However, if you want to access the catalogue programmes, i. e. over 1,300 films, you will need to subscribe.
How do I log in to Musicalia.tv?
In order to log in, follow the "login" link at the top of the page or fill in the identification pop-up which appears after a few minutes browsing our website. You then need to enter the same email along with the password that you used when you registered. By ticking the box "remain logged in", you won't have to enter this information during your next visits.
How should I proceed when I have forgotten my password?
If you have lost or forgotten your password you can get a new one HERE. You will be asked to enter your email. We will then send you an email with a new temporary password that you can change by going to the "My Account" section and to the "Update my password" page. If you still encounter any problem, please contact [email protected].
How can I change my e-mail address?
Once you are logged in with your usual e-mail address and password, click on the section named "my account" on the top of your screen. On the right of the new page (which includes all your account details), select "edit my account" and fill in the “e-mail” field with your new e-mail address.
How can I change my password?
Once you are logged in with your usual e-mail address and password, click on the section named "my account" on the top of your screen. You will be redirected to a new page which gathers all your account information. Select "Update my password" and enter your new password.
